Mod Design

Mod Design is conceived to approach the design or redesign of your spaces room-by-room, from a distance, simply, and suitably for your inner do it yourselfer. With this new service we offer several levels of design, all of which can be personalized in order to help you with the design of a room in a budget friendly manner.

How it works

The clients send us ideas, photographs, written notes about their preferences, the budget of the job and a set of photographs around the room with a measured floor plan and doors and windows dimensions.
Each room is a project, and we offer discounts when a client orders designs for more than one room in the same property at the same time.

In two to four weeks, the client will receive in electronic format printable spec books, floor plans, elevations, and mood boards showing color selections, possible fabrics and other elements and accessories.

What we do

With Mod Design we design anything from a jewel box powder room to a foyer, from a kitchen to a dining room, from a master bathroom to a luxurious bedroom and every little nook and cranny in between.
We design bars, restaurant dining rooms, offices, retail stores, and every space that needs to be set in a mood.

We do small gardens and patios, and even pieces of furniture.

The levels of design

Junior level

$400.00

Recommended for domestic spaces of simple design such as foyers, powder rooms, guest bedrooms, or medium sized bathrooms. It includes drawings, specs, and color palettes in a mood board. This level is perfect for small urban gardens.

Senior level

$550.00

Recommended for kitchens, master bathrooms, master bedrooms, home offices, and formal dining and living rooms. It includes drawings, specs, recommendation for accessories, and color palettes in a mood board. This level is suitable for gardens and terraces.

Master level

$1000.000

Recommended for gourmet kitchens, luxurious master bathrooms, grand rooms and wine cellars. It includes drawings, specs, recommendation for accessories, and color palettes in a mood board. Also recommended for great gardens or culinary gardens.

Professional level

$1200.00

Recommended for professional offices, lobbies, and retail spaces. It includes drawings, specs, recommendation for accessories, and color palettes in a mood board.

Gourmet level.

$2000.00

Recommended for bars and restaurants. It doesn’t matter if it is a small speakeasy in your dream home, or a supperclub where you gather with friends. This level is also suitable for that swanky bar downtown or the dining room of a restaurant a la mode. Mod Design will incorporate quirky elements, art, and fashion into your space. It includes drawings, specs, recommendation for accessories and furniture, and color palettes in a mood board. Also recommended for great outdoor entertaining spaces in your residence or your restaurant.
